Trueconnect endeavors to provide an on-site service engineer within four hours of Trueconnect Technical HelpDesk Agent diagnosing the system fault, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. On-site repair services are available round the clock. (24 x 7 refers to 24 hours a day, 7 days per week). This service is available in Bangkok and Metropolitan areas.
(8 x 5 x 4) Service
Trueconnect endeavors to provide an on-site service engineer within four business hours of Trueconnect Technical HelpDesk Agent diagnosing the system fault.. On-site repair services are available Monday to Friday, during the standard service hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (8 x 5 refers to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week). Call must be logged and dispatched by Trueconnect technical support helpdesk no later than 1.00pm to receive same day service. This service is available in selected Metropolitan areas.
(8 x 5 x NBD) Service
Trueconnect endeavors to provide an on-site service engineer no later than the end of the next business provided that Trueconnect Technical HelpDesk Agent services the service call before 5:00 p.m. (local time) on business days. On-site repair services are available Monday to Friday, during the standard service hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during business days.
Spare Parts Service
Trueconnect endeavors to send the Spare part(s)
Service, on exchange basis, needed to get the
Trueconnect system back online to the customer.
Upon receipt of the spare part(s) service, the
Customer is required to ship the defective service part(s) back to
Trueconnect, using the shipping labels and packaging provided with the spare part(s) service.
